By booking a consultation with Halo One Concierge, you acknowledge and agree to the following terms:

• Consultants with Halo One Concierge are not acting as medical providers.

• Consultations are not a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment from a physician or licensed healthcare provider.

• Any decisions you make regarding the use of peptides, supplements, or wellness products are your sole responsibility.
• You agree not to hold Halo One Concierge, its consultants, affiliates, or representatives liable for any outcomes, side effects, or consequences that may result from your choices following the consultation.
• Consultants do not collect or maintain medical records, and any information you provide is offered voluntarily.
• Halo One Concierge operates independently and is not owned, managed, or affiliated with any sole peptide manufacturer or distributor. Information provided reflects current research and is intended for investigational and educational purposes only.

By booking a consultation, you release, waive, and discharge Halo One Concierge, its consultants, and any associated representatives from all liability, claims, demands, or causes of action arising from or related to your consultation.

By proceeding with a booking, you confirm that you have read, understood, and voluntarily agree to the terms of this Liability Waiver & Consent. Your participation in any consultation indicates your acceptance of these terms.
